Excellent negotiating skills
This house needed many contractors to do a variety of jobs before selling. Lisa's contacts, negotiating skills, expertise and professionalism allowed all work to be carried out in a timely, proficient and cost effective manner. She literally did everything for us. She negotiated a fair price for us, as sellers, as well as for the buyer. This agent is a consummate professional with everyone's interests at heart. We bought and sold through Lisa, and it was the most positive experience. As we had bought a new house, before selling our old one, Lisa quickly got our house on the market, with excellent photos. Lisa brought 7 groups of people through our home in two weeks and our house was under offer, close to asking price, within 3 weeks. Lisa is great to deal with
Lisa has been great to deal with for purchasing my first home. Always quick to reply to emails and called back promptly if she (rarely) missed a call. Being a first home buyer I was a little cautious and Lisa was able to help me out with all my questions. I am told she is quite particular when selecting vendors and can confirm the house was in sparkling condition on handover. Dealing with Lisa has been stress free and a pleasure. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Highly Recommended
We recently moved to Sale from Interstate (WA) and finding a suitable house to lease was the simplest and most stress-free part of the move thanks to Lisa.
From the first phone call, Lisa understood our requirements and was able to provide a number of options along with great local insight and recommendations.
Within less than a week we had a lease on a great house that matched what we were looking for and was available the dates we needed. To top it off we were able to do it all remotely from Perth.

Definitely one of a kind
